Last week Jim Tamietti at The Recorder made a comment on one of my postings, saying that he'd heard a lot about our new NY offices but hadn't seen any pictures. So we asked Rick Kopstein, photographer extraordinaire for the New York Law Journal, to grab his instamatic and take some pics at 120 Broadway and 4 Metrotech. What you'll see is a great deal of openness...relatively few closed offices, quite a few conference rooms of varying sizes, plus (at 120 Broadway) cafe's on both floors where people can stop for coffee or bring in their lunch. (Not shown is the great building cafeteria at 4 MetroTech which everyone on our staff is welcome to use). I'm already seeing enhanced interaction among our various editorial and business teams, and am looking forward to much more in the way of collaboration in the months to come.
